By clicking on the link attached to a bid number, you will be allowed to retrieve the specifications for the relevant bid. Please note that there may be Addenda listed with the specifications; these addenda are automatically distributed to firms that the City knows has received bid documents.

Bid documents typically include an acknowledgement page; this page must be faxed back to the Purchasing Department, to ensure proper notification of changes to the published specifications. The City of Bristol does not assume responsibility for any vendor that does not receive addenda or amendments, where the vendor has not acknowledged receipt of any portion thereof.
