SPORT LICENSES
A variety of game licenses are available throughout the year here at the Town Clerk's office. Licenses can also be purchased locally at LEE TRU VALUE HARDWARE (370 Riverside Avenue) during the evenings and on weekends. Licenses can be purchased at http://www.ct.gov/dep/site/default.asp.
If you lose your license you can also reprint your license at http://www.ct.gov/dep/site/default.asp.
In order to obtain a hunting, combination fishing/hunting or trapping license you must present either a Department of Environmental Protection Firearms safety certificate or a previous Connecticut resident hunting, combination fishing/hunting or trapping license which is less than five years old.
Fishing licenses are required for anyone over 15 years old.
Hunting and fishing guides are available when you purchase your license.
