DEATH CERTIFICATES
A death certificate can be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office in the town where the death occurred and the town where the deceased resided at the time of death.
A certified copy of a death certificate is $20.00.
No out-of-state personal checks are accepted.
Requests may be made in writing, via mail, or in person during regular office hours. Email requests CAN NOT be honored.
