MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES
A copy of your marriage license can be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office where you applied for the license and your town of residence.
The Social Security Administration will need a certified copy of your marriage certificate in order to change your name on their records.
A certified copy of a marriage license is $20.00.
No out-of-state personal checks are accepted.
Requests may be made in writing, via mail, or in person during regular office hours. Email requests CAN NOT be honored.
