ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS |

The next regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Bristol City Hall, 111 North Main St. |
PURPOSE |
| In accordance with Section 8-6 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the City of Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has the following powers and duties: |
- to determine and vary the application of the Zoning Regulations; and,
- to hear, consider and decide upon appeals from an order or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
