ZONING COMMISSION |

The next regular meeting of the Zoning Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, Bristol City Hall, 111 North Main St.

| PURPOSE |
| The Bristol Zoning Commission has the following responsibilities: |
- to adopt, amend and administer the city's Zoning Regulations;
- to hear, consider and decide upon petitions for changes to the Zoning Regulations or Zoning Map:
- to hear, consider and decide upon applications for Special Permits in accordance with the Zoning Regulations;
- to review Site Plans for the purpose of determining conformity with the Zoning Regulations;
- to provide for the manner in which the Zoning Regulations are enforced and to take appropriate actions to enforce them; and,
- other incidental powers and duties as set forth in Chapter 124 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
