Non-residential properties (defined as properties containing more than five dwelling units, businesses, hospitals, motels or hotels, apartment buildings, nursing centers, condominiums, or dwellings on private roads unless authorized by the Board of Public Works) must make arrangements for recycle collection from a private hauler.
