Residents can report Street Light outages directly to CL&P - one of two ways:

Open a Street Light Service Request on-line by going to:

http://www.cl-p.com/wms/default.aspx?nl=customer  and then select Streetlight Repair.

You can also call the CL&P Service Request Clearing Desk at 1-888-544-4826. The CL&P Service Request Clearing Desk is staffed from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
