This division is responsible for maintenance and repair of all City buildings except for Education, Park and Water Department Buildings.
Additionally, staff provides custodial and maintenance services for the City Hall and the Police Court facility. Custodial maintenance includes 96,000 square feet of office, 78,000 square feet of indoor parking area and 75,000 square feet of grounds.
