  Class student

WHO:
For Bristol women and high school age females and up.

WHAT:
A self defense class for women and high school aged females. This 8 week course will teach participants how to be aware of potential problem situations and what to do to prevent and/or handle them. Participants will become more confident in their ability to deal with potential  problems as well as learning tactics to deal with these types of issues.This class will involve active participation. Women will learn and practice different kicks, strikes and various defensive moves. The class is taught by trained officers from the Bristol Police Department. Participants should were loose and comfortable clothing with sneakers. 

WHERE:
Page Park Pavilion 

WHEN:
Class will meet once a week for 8 weeks during Monday evenings.
