City Hall will be fully re-opened to the public on Monday, July 6, 2020. We encourage people to continue to call into City Hall and transact business using the city website when able to, to cut down on traffic in the building. The Public Works Department is able to provide all services by phone (860-584-6125), email (PWSwitchboard@bristolct.gov), mail (address envelopes to: Public Works 111 North Main Street, Bristol, CT 06010), and our online submission forms. Convenience fees for online transactions ONLY are still temporarily waived.
When visiting City Hall, please use the North Lobby entrance (closest to the Police Department). Parking is available on the street, and in the Laurel Street parking lot. There are handicapped parking spaces to the rear of the building near the handicapped ramp, accessible from Meadow Street. There will be social distancing circles in the hallway outside of our department to denote where lines should form. Please wait until you are called to the counter for assistance. Please be sure to wear a mask or face covering. The first floor restrooms will be open to the public. Remaining restrooms will be for employee use only. Please stay home if you are feeling sick or have had contact with someone who is sick.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
